Eric Boutin brings a hardworking, hands-on approach to real estate, combining personal experience as an investor and landlord with a strong foundation in business. While new to serving clients with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, Eric has been involved in the industry since 2020, when he purchased his first investment property. From managing tenants to overseeing renovations, he has gained valuable insight into both the buying and ownership sides of real estate. A lifelong learner, Eric earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Aurora University in 2022. His background equips him to serve a wide range of clients—whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, seasoned investor, or looking for your next dream home. Eric primarily serves Kendall, LaSalle, Grundy, and DeKalb counties, where his deep local knowledge and commitment to his clients set him apart.
