About Nikki

Chicago Southland of Midwestern Illinois offers great places to live and work, which is why Nikki Howton chose to call it home. Her experience began in 1996 with her family's real estate business in the Homewood-Flossmoor/Olympia Fields area of Illinois. Real estate is a passion for Nikki and connecting her clients with positive goal-oriented outcomes is what drives her most. With an additional background in Social Services, it is easy to see why more than 35 families alone sought Nikki for help to either buy or sell their homes in 2019. Community Involvement Nikki Howton has worked in support of local grant initiatives namely the Health Care Jobs for Chicago Southland which was funded through the U.S. Department of Labor. The grant assisted unemployed, dislocated or low-waged incumbent workers and residents of South Suburban Cook, Will, Kendall, Grundy and Kankakee counties. Her work was acknowledged by the U.S. Department of Labor and Governors State University. Through the framework of the National Association of University Women of which she is a member, Nikki Howton volunteers her spare time with her local community food pantry, and enthusiastically advocates to promote affordable housing initiatives throughout Chicago and Chicago Southland year-round.
