About Kathy

Kathy was born and raised on the North Side of Chicago. She met her husband and moved to the South Side, where she raised her two children. She currently resides in Frankfort. In previous years, she worked as a title agent at First American Title for 20 years in downtown, Chicago. She is very familiar with the closing process as well as assisting first time home buyers and sellers. She thoroughly enjoyed her job as a title agent, as every closing was always new and different. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in Colon, Michigan on Palmer Lake. Recently, she celebrated a milestone birthday in Paris and the Amalfi Coast. Enjoys working out on the Peloton bike and dining out locally as well as exploring new restaurants, either locally or downtown, Chicago with family and friends.
