I started my career in real estate in 2016 but I have been a proud 4th generation Chicago local for over 40 years. With my strong background in agricultural commodities and metals markets, I have come to understand that the value of something is fluid. The focus is always on accurately pricing my client's real estate asset or target property with precision, but real estate is about more than just a number. Chicago's many diverse neighborhoods each have their own personality, just like people, and each person's idea of local is unique. Since 2006, I have lived in Bridgeport, home of the Chicago White Sox. Local for me is going to the baseball game, fishing at Palmisano Park, and riding bikes to the lakefront. For someone else, it might be nightlife, the fine arts, or being close to family or friends. Local is where you spend your time and where you want to be. What's your local?
