About Cassandra

Cassandra Jennings is a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty in the southwest suburbs of Chicago. Cassandra grew up and still lives on the southside of Chicago, where she invested in her first multi-unit property over 20 years ago. While working full time in Chicago, Cassandra completed her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, with a minor in accounting, and then onto a Master's Degree in Science of Information Systems. After 30 years in accounting and finance in corporate America, Cassandra decided to pursue a new path that would allow her to focus on family and community. Cassandra volunteers in the community with clean-ups, beautification projects, and was a CAPS community facilitator for 2 beats. As a volunteer for over 10 years mentoring high school students from disproportionate impacted communities on college readiness in the Chicago area, it's easy to see that Cassandra wholeheartedly believes that education is essential. Cassandra has a passion for working with home buyers and investors. She knows how to guide her clients through the home buying process including utilizing her accounting and finance expertise to calculate the real costs of a home and paying attention to the structure of a home to avoid costly mistakes. Cassandra also has over 10 years in multifamily investment properties focused on distressed properties, rehabbing, and property management. These experiences give Cassandra unparalleled knowledge of the investment process and day to day maintenance of an investment property even after closing.
