I’ve always loved homes, the building process, the search and negotiations of the home buying and selling process. As a full-time REALTOR®, I’m proud to help clients buy their dream home or sell their current home for top dollar while navigating the process seamlessly with my guidance. Primarily, I serve O’Fallon, Shiloh, Belleville, Fairview Heights, Swansea and the Metro-East from Holiday Shores to Waterloo to Clinton County. With over 8 years of experience as a REALTOR®, and prior experience in remodeling, I give my clients an advantage by knowing what is involved in repairs when negotiating inspection responses or discussing updating with clients. I am also certified as a military relocation professional, real estate negotiations expert, and pricing strategy advisor. I have received the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award in 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022. I am also a Cartus Relocation Network certified agent and a member of the National Association of Realtors.
