Biography Troy Rodman is a Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Realtor and has been a resident of Chicago and Wheaton for over 30 years. He specializes in Chicago and it's outlying suburbs. Troy attributes his success to his no-nonsense approach with buyers and sellers. "There are challenges to both being a buyer and seller in today's market", Troy says, "I don't pressure people, I just set the correct expectations from the beginning, I educate my buyers and sellers, and practice real estate with utmost honesty, integrity, and straight talk." Prior to entering real estate, Troy worked in a leadership position driving global consumer product design and development strategy in major home appliances and commercial building materials within the corporate world. There he learned the customer service skills, business marketing, home design trends and negotiating skills that provide his clients the best possible tools to make informed and confident decisions when it comes to their real estate needs. A resident of Chicago and Wheaton for over 30 years, Troy and his wife raised their family in district 200 schools and the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn. Troy Rodman is board member of the DuPage County Historical Museum, a division of the Wheaton Park District, and is actively involved in the "Peoples Resource Center" of DuPage County, Wheaton Park District and the Midwest Shelter for Homeless Veterans in Wheaton. Troy's interest in real estate stems back to college when he first took the real estate course and purchased his first house as a rental investment. .
