I have helped buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals, being part of complex transactions that involved multiple buyers and sellers. My experience includes dealing with individual properties, new-construction inventories, and commercial properties. I've completely enjoyed working with each of my clients, many of whom are now personal friends. Specializing in Luxury Homes, waterfront property, and new construction, I have developed a skill set that caters to the nuanced needs of high-end real estate markets. I hold several prestigious certifications, including ABR Certified, Global Luxury Certified, Luxury Property Specialist, and Smart Home Certified. Throughout my career, I have been recognized with various awards, which highlight my dedication and expertise in the industry. I am a proud Pinnacle Club Member for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022, and a Premier Associate for 2019 and 2023. My accolades also include the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society Award (2006, 2010, 2011, 2013) and the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society (2014, 2015, 2016). Further, my recognition by the Illinois Association of Realtors Three Rivers Realtor of the year for 2015 speaks to my consistency. I Proudly served a 5 year term 2013-2017 on the IAR Board of Directors along with a 6 year term on the Three Rivers Board of Directors 2007-2012 and Board President 2009-2010. My goal is to continue learning and developing within the ever-changing real estate industry, which continually presents new and exciting opportunities.
