Once we do that, we take care of everything else for you, right to the last detail. Marsha and Cary work as a team. They have lived in Lake Forest for 37 years, on the east side and on the west side. They are very familiar with the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff market, and the surrounding communities. Marsha is also a designated Professional Interior Designer for 30 years, and a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) for 28 of those years. If you are selling she will assist you in staging your home to maximize it's appeal and value. If you are buying, she will help your visualize and capture the full potential of the homes you are considering. Marsha attended the University of Wisconsin and the Harrington Institute of Interior Design (Chicago). She is an avid golfer, skier, oil painter and loves to cook. Cary adds his presentation and negotiating skills developed over many years in the corporate insurance profession. Before joining Marsha in Real Estate, he spent 28 years with Marsh McLennan Cos., the world's largest insurance brokerage, retiring as a Managing Director. He has served on the boards of the Lake Forest/Lake Bluff United Way, Conway Farms Golf Club, Conway Farms Homeowners Association, and on the Lake Forest Caucus.
