Meet Lia Castilla... Background and Philosophy: Lia Castilla (Bilingual in Spanish) is a full time Realtor with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in La Grange, IL. She has been a life time residence of the Greater Chicagoland area. Lia first started her career in real estate as Property Management in Chicago’s lakefront neighborhoods. After several years of leasing, Lia understood the needs of residence whom would eventually move from the city into surrounding suburbs. After taking a few years off work to raise her two sons, she quickly accelerated back into the market as a natural. Carefully listening to the needs of first time buyers, new families, and sellers, Lia has shown compassion to her client’s needs researching schools, transportation routes by doing her due diligence. As a life time resident Lia knows the city and the surrounding suburbs LaGrange, Brookfield, Riverside, North Riverside, Hinsdale, Berwyn, Stickney, Oak Park, River Forest and Downers Grove just to name a few suburbs.
