Joycie Nichols is a Real Estate Broker and Residential Developer working to help others. Joycie is passionate about helping others achieve their Real Estate goals. Joycie grew up on the Westside of Chicago and received her Bachelor’s in Business Administration at Texas Southern University. Not long after, she returned to Chicago to attend The University of Chicago and earned her Master of Social Work. In addition, Joycie is a member of the Fortune Builders Mastery Group. She has more than 27 years of working with individuals and families in Social Services and Financial Services. These experiences have advanced her listening skills and allowed her to develop a client centered approach. When she is not assisting her real estate clients, Joycie enjoys spending time with her family and traveling the world.
