In 2017, Leimomi relocated to Chicago to consult and develop a start-up company to determine the financial needs and goals and develop growth plans for a national and international product launch. During this time, Leimomi was given another opportunity to become a licensed broker associate for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Starck Real Estate. Leveraging her experience as a successful business owner, she is known for her commitment to her clients, ubiquitous availability, solution-oriented approach, high-tech marketing strategy, and skilled negotiator with the client’s best interest at heart. Leimomi’s ability to balance multiple businesses and find ways to capitalize on the strengths of each business in a way that overlaps and complements the others make her unique. She spends her personal time volunteering her services as a member of the board of directors for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), a non-profit organization providing affordable and sustainable housing solutions for the Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPI) and local communities.
