Beth's Dad built custom homes when she was growing up. Really nice homes. He brought her to construction sites early on, where she admired the care he took meticulously planning, measuring and crafting every detail. The slightest flaws had to be fixed, even though no one else would notice them. He knew, and Beth came to learn, that the best part of living happens at home. So everything had to be just right, no matter how different the home styles might be. Beth grew to appreciate different styles, and that open-mindedness and feel for client preferences served her for years in the fashion industry.
