About Justin

Throughout Justin Brown’s 10+ year career as a broker and entrepreneur he has received numerous accolades, including being recognized in the top 10% of Realtors by the Chicago Association of Realtors. During this time period he has purchased or helped others purchase properties in almost every asset category. Born and raised in Michigan by a hotel and real estate developer, Justin Brown has the ideal background for selling and buying real estate. Mr. Brown’s ability to find opportunities, institute automated systems for management, and initiate marketing systems through the internet is essential to his continued success in the real estate market. Mr. Brown was involved in the purchase and redevelopment of the Charlevoix House in 2018 which helped bring an 8 unit Bed and Breakfast back to the popular summer vacation market after it had been closed for most of the decade. During this same time period Justin negotiated and helped bring theCoderSchool franchise to the north shore. theCoderSchool is an after-school drop-off program that teaches kids how to program software. Justin moved to Chicago to attend law school and graduated from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2004. He also has a BA in Psychology from the University of Colorado. After almost a decade of selling real estate in the city of Chicago he got married to his longtime girlfriend Robin and they moved to the Northshore of Chicago. He currently resides in Deerfield with his wife, Robin, a dietician with the Midwest Dairy Council and their 3 kids.
