Martin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a minor in Psychology from the State University of Tirana, Albania, as well as a Master’s degree in Psychology from National Louis University in Chicago, IL. His strong educational background and lifelong commitment to growth allow him to approach challenges with adaptability, efficiency, and a “never give up” mentality. Over the years, Martin has been recognized with several awards for excellence, teamwork, and leadership, including Employee of the Month, Corporate Employee of the Year, and recognition for his willingness to help others and his accountability.
