About Julie

I've had a passion for real estate since I was a child growing up in Sandwich. My parents built homes and kept them as rentals so their kids would always have a place to stay if we needed it. We would help my dad do everything from cleaning between tenants to putting up drywall to shingling a roof. You’ll never see me shy away from getting my hands dirty if needed and I have always kept the belief that everyone deserves a home as I grew older. After getting my BS in Business Management from NIU, I came to Batavia in 2009 to work for one of the Fox Valley’s largest leasing, property management and development companies and have been in Batavia ever since! Now, I have my MBA, am a full-time REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group and am a mom of 2 amazing little girls. Life is busy, but I love what I do and it shows through my work! My clients’ happiness is my number 1 priority and I pride myself on being able to get the desired end result with a smile on their face!
