About Pat

Pat began providing real estate consultative support in 1997 and has held his real estate license since 2004. He began providing full time support to Beth Ryan and the Ryan Global Group team in 2019. Prior to this Pat worked in the public sector for 15 years as a park and recreation executive and 20 years as Director of Administration for the City of Chicago Department of Law. This experience brings a wealth of knowledge regarding project management, contracts, finance, management systems and working with people. Throughout his career clients are always front and center. He works hard to understand your needs and goals and then develops strategies and benchmarks to drive successful outcomes. Pat has an MPA, Realtor designation and is a certified ePro through the National Association of Realtors. ePro's must meet rigid technology requirements and have the ability to adapt these to the delivery of real estate services. In today's market this is very important as clients and the public require real-time information and quick response times to stay in touch with market developments and opportunities. He is married to fellow Realtor Beth Ryan, has two children Trevor and Samantha, and property investor.
