Creating Home one House at a Time Debbie Fligelman grew up in Wilmette and has been a proud Evanston resident for over 30 years, giving Debbie a unique understanding of both the North Shore as well as Chicago's north side neighborhoods allowing her to specialize her talents in Evanston, Skokie, Wilmette and Rogers Park, and Andersonville. Her philosophy is very simple--she will do whatever it takes to find her clients the perfect home, or the perfect buyer. Debbie works with her clients as she would with family or close friends; paying the utmost attention to their needs while actively listening to pinpoint exactly what they want, leaving no stone unturned to find you the perfect home.
