Cindy's philosophy is simple – Knowledge is the key to any smart Real Estate Transaction Cindy Miehlke is a Real Estate Broker with Coldwell Banker Realty, serving Morton Grove, Glenview, Skokie, Niles, Lincolnwood, the North Shore, and Chicago. At the heart of every real estate decision lies the most important factor: the client, whether a real estate seller or a buyer. It is Cindy's experience as a Real Estate Broker, she's found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting her clients first. The simple philosophy of providing knowledge to her clients has always been Cindy's approach and it requires her to continually improve her skills. There are many qualities that go into being an experienced Broker...integrity, dedication, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, and effective negotiation skills, all of which are hallmarks of how Cindy works. Designations and Accreditations Cindy has been in the Real Estate industry since 2002 and received her Brokers license in 2011. Cindy currently holds the following designations: Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) Acquiring these designations through continuing education provides her with the necessary knowledge and tools to make the most beneficial recommendations that she will share and also help to extend the range of services she provides to her clients. Get to know Cindy personally As a native Chicagoan, Cindy has enjoyed the city's many diverse neighborhoods. She has lived in the Chicago area her entire life, from her roots in the Portage Park area to her current home in the northern suburbs---this opportunity has given her a vast knowledge of the city's people and places. My family has always been involved in sports. I am a great one for cheering from the sidelines. Whether it was for high school football, watching a AAA hockey game, or a synchronized skating competition. Cindy believes in giving back to the community and she has had the opportunity of serving on the Morton Grove Day's Commission for the annual 4th. of July celebration. She has also been deeply involved in the PTA by serving as treasurer for our elementary school and high school.
