We’re The Dowd Team!! We’re a driven duo, who’s passionate about family and community. We’ve worked hard to model integrity and a strong work ethic for our 4 boys. We love being a familiar face in our neighborhood. Our goal is to encourage people to believe that their real estate goals are achievable. We’ve been described as a power couple. As a team we cover each other, so that our clients never feel neglected. Though we work well together personally and professionally, we don’t always agree. Our difference in opinion often gives our clients multiple perspectives when approaching an issue. We like to say that Matt sells houses, and Kinjii sells homes. As an entrepreneur Matt is a straight forward “numbers” guy who loves to relay the facts. Matt is always prepared to explain the financial pros and cons regarding an investment or repair. Kinjii compliments Matt’s perspectives by seeing beyond the facts and figures, and appealing to the client's emotions. Kinjii believes that it's not the facts that make people indecisive, it's how they feel about the facts. As a member of the Business Alliance committee for the City of Fairview Heights, Matt keeps a pulse on all commercial real estate activity taking place.
