Farm is currently enrolled in CREP Programs. Including grass programs as well as Tree Planting. Farm has no payments left. Plenty of available sites for food plots and stand locations. Troublesome Creek runs through the Southern portion of the farm. There is a long ditch running through the south end of the property that holds water all year. The farm starts high on the Northern side and gently rolls to the south down into the bottom of Troublesome Creek. South facing hillsides increase chances of whitetail bedding areas.
