About Victor

As a first generation Mexican American from the Northwest side of Chicago, Victor Aguilar's strong work ethic began at a very young age. Being the eldest of four siblings, Victor worked as hard as he could to help his single mother. At the age of 14, he started working at a clothing store in the Logan Square area to help get him through high school.Immediately after high school, Victor was fortunate enough to get a stable job in the manufacturing industry to provide for him and his family. After 18 years in manufacturing, he felt compelled to make a change for his future and decided to pursue a career in real estate. Victor joined Coldwell Banker McMullen Real Estate now known as Coldwell Banker where he has the opportunity to share his intimate knowledge of the City and Suburbs, his personal and professional experiences, as well as his bicultural lifestyle with his clients.Victor's extensive knowledge of the Chicagoland area is due to his experience navigating the City as a Lyft driver. In addition to this,he has had the privilege of owning his first home and raising two beautiful daughters in the Northwest Suburbs. Here, he developed a personal connection with his community.
