About Veronica

Advocate. Educate. Integrity. Veronica Tabb, Realtor ® , a native of Chicago's south side, has been fascinated by real estate since childhood, inspired by her family. She recognized the value of property ownership early on and aspired to work in the real estate industry. Even at 17, Veronica wanted to learn more about real estate transactions and share her knowledge to inspire generational wealth. Veronica's background in customer service and hospitality management led her to discover her passion for Illinois real estate in Spring 2020. After obtaining her real estate license in December 2020, she started her career, initially balancing both real estate and hospitality roles. In September 2022, she took a leap of faith to focus on real estate full-time. In January 2023, Veronica officially established her business, Opulent Vision Real Estate Group powered by Coldwell Banker Realty. Her vision is to educate and provide resources to people needed to close the generational wealth gap through real estate. Her mission is to assist with creating and continue building generational wealth through real estate. Despite her Southside roots, Veronica proudly serves the entire Chicagoland area. She has successfully closed transactions in the north, west, and south suburbs, as well as across Chicago.
