Ray Maldonado was born and raised in the Darien/ Downers Grove area before moving to Des Plaines for 23 years. As a current Chicago resident, he has extensive knowledge of the Northwest side of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. As a former owner of 3 restaurants, his experience with buying, selling and negotiating property locations sparked his passion for real estate. His desire to excel drove him to become a part of the Coldwell Banker McMullen Office Team, which is ranked #3 in their local operating company (Chicago, Wisconsin, Michigan) and ranked in the top 7% nationally.
