About Newell

Newell Broadway was born in the South Suburbs of Illinois. Since he was 16 he has been working with IT, he also has multiple degrees and his latest Bachelor's degree deals with Cyber Security Programming from Devry University. Mid 2019 Newell wanted a change from the typical 9 to 5 lifestyle that he felt was limiting and wanted to help other people invest in Real Estate. He was quickly able to start his own investment firm NBX Capital Investments. He is now assisting new investors with getting capital to invest, rather it was building business lines of credit or helping fix credit scores. Currently, Newell has 3 investment properties including condos, single-family, and multifamily as well. This experience led Newell to get licensed because he felt that it wasn't enough realtors to properly assist investors. In his mind, he figured he can become a one-stop-shop for investor needs. Newell also has an active role with the Realtor Association of the Fox Valley. His mission today is to help investors, customers, clients and agents achieve their goals of homeownership in real estate.
