In 2005, she managed the marketing division of a highly successful Chicago residential real estate company. For the past six years she has sold and represented high end real estate throughout Chicago, and has enjoyed a special affinity for the historic areas of the Gold Coast neighborhood and residential Lincoln Park, where she has consistently set sales records. In 2011, she achieved Chicago Association of Realtor's Top Producer Award with an average sales price of $2,000,000, one of the highest in the industry. A native Chicagoan, she is intimately familiar with the nuances of the city and every neighborhood. Clients appreciate her negotiating talents, thorough knowledge of the real estate market and equanimity under any situation. Often negotiating on behalf of business owners and high-profile clients, Lissa is respected for her sensitivity and discretion. Lissa is widely traveled and has lived on both coasts of the U.S. She was educated at the University of Southern California and Lake Forest College, earning degrees in Communications and Social Science. In her prior career, Lissa was a well-respected horsewoman, creating internationally renown Arabian horse businesses, Aries Arabians and Fidelis International with her family. She continues to be an avid horse lover as well as tennis player.
