Linda Pitts - Realtor®, CNE®, BPOR® I can and I care. I am a Chicagoland Real Estate Broker with experience in residential real estate sales, condominium management, and IT project management. Whether you are buying or selling, a real estate transaction requires patience and knowledge. You'll need someone who can: listen, respond, and navigate. I work with my clients (sellers, buyers, and investors) to transform their wants and needs into a workable plan. I then create a manageable process so that vendors, attorneys, and financiers can join the team in providing winning customer service. At the end, I enjoy seeing the smile on my client's face when the keys change hands. Special experience includes working with executors, CHA tenant/landlord programs, and bank-owned properties. I am highly effective in relationship management with vendors, attorneys, and financiers. I am a recipient of the Chicago Association of Realtors Top Producer in sales for the Calumet Heights (60619) area. Additionally, to balance out my life I swim, cycle, enjoy jazz, and art galleries.
