About Joe

Joseph Kramer, also known as "Joe", is a sharp, instinctive and caring Broker who understands the market, the economics of buying and selling and how to leverage all the tools available to get the best results for his clients who come from Chicago's diverse communities. Having grown up in the suburb of Palatine, Joe attended Grades K-12 at Christian Liberty Academy in Arlington Heights. He then received his Associates Degree in Business from Harper College and his BAS in Business Management from National Louis University. Having worked full time throughout college, Joe is very familiar with "hard work". Customer Service roles are not new to him, since he has worked for Best Buy Corporate and as an Account Manager at an educational book publishing company. Joe's family has been in real estate for several generations, including his grandfather who just happened to be born in a bungalow during the Great Depression in Jefferson Park. Joe's father and mother-in law, as well as his wife's grandfather, are in the real estate business. Living on Chicago's North Side, Joe and his wife, a Registered Nurse, are the parents of a daughter. When not spending time with his family or guiding his real estate clients through a terrific experience in home buying or selling, Joe's hobby is riding motorcycles. Joe is a savvy real estate professional who utilizes traditional marketing with new and innovative methods to assist his clients as they buy and sell a home.
