Jeriah E. Tolbert, known as “Equity Concierge,” due to my hospitality background. Prior to my real estate career, I spent 14 years mastering the skills for the revenue management departments of some of the WORLDS largest hotel brands. During this time, I have mastered the skills of revenue, sales, operations, and superior customer service! The real estate industry has always fascinated me, so I sought out to learn more. In doing so, I have not only become a real estate broker. In addition to I am a home stager, project manager, investor for both renovations resales and long-term investment. Applying my skills to obtain and manage major contracts for hotel to real estate investments has allow for me to average a rate of return of 29% on all investments. In my findings, I realized that my abilities could change the traditional way real estate transactions are seen buy clients. My strategies were proven, to be effective as I have received many sales awards. Uniting my skills from the hospitality industry with real estate has allowed me to offer clients guarantee success in their real estate needs rather you are buying, selling, leasing, or investing.
