About Helena

Helena is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate broker with over 15 years of experience selling residential real estate. The focus of her business has been throughout the City of Chicago where she has lived for over 25 years. Helena has helped a diverse clientele, including international investors, where having the ability to communicate in French and Spanish, has been instrumental in her creating success for her clients. Helena is an active member of the Chicago Association of REALTORS where she serves on the Professional Standards Committee for a number of years. Outside real estate, she has volunteered with different charity organizations, such as Chicago Cares, Paws and the Red Cross of Greater Chicago. In her free time, Helena enjoys travelling, fitness and art. She very much enjoys living in this fabulous city, and takes advantage of the lake and all the activities Chicago has to offer. Helena's background in Information Technology at IBM has helped her to strategically market her clients' properties to maximize returns. Her experience in determining market value for hundreds of properties for banks and lenders, such as Bank of America, Citibank and Chase, results in success for both Helena's buyer-clients and seller-clients. It gives them an advantage in being able to accurately value a property resulting in fewer time on market and in larger returns.
