Faiyaz was born and raised in Chicago and currently lives in South Loop with his wife and daughter. He has a bachelor's degree in finance from DePaul University and has 8 years' experience in corporate financial planning & analysis. He also manages his own residential investment properties in both the Hyde Park and South Loop area, of which he adds to at every opportunity.
