About Christina

My name is Christina Walton and I’m a Chicago native and a proud new member of the Coldwell Banker Gold Coast office, working alongside SpaceMatch Inc. I’m also an Accounts payable manager where I oversee financial operations across multiple entities for a hospitality company. As a new real estate agent, I plan on bringing a strong foundation in finance and hospitality. I’m committed to building genuine relationships with my clients. I will take the time to truly listen, ensuring that every client feels confident, informed, and fully satisfied at the end of each transaction. With my background in finance, I’m passionate about helping clients, particularly first-time investors, to make smart informed decisions. I know that with my knowledge I will be able to help my clients understand their property performance and break down the financial side of real estate. Whether assisting clients in finding their dream home, building a real estate portfolio, or understanding the fundamentals of cash flow and business operations. I will also make sure that my clients are informed of the trusted professional service providers within our network, so they receive the necessary support when buying, selling, or investing. Some fun facts about me: I’m a former collegiate volleyball player and earned my degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from Georgia Southern University. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, attending concerts, exploring Chicago’s restaurant scene, and creating new dishes to share with loved ones.
