About Bryce

Bryce has lived in Chicago since 2006 and loves everything the city has to offer. He has a lot of knowledge of many neighborhoods in Chicago.While his main area of expertise is downtown, he has lived in Rogers Park, Lakeview, Edgewater, Printer's Row, South Loop, River North and currently resides in Lincoln Park. Before joining @properties he worked at the Swissotel Chicago and was able to provide exceptional service to a variety of international and domestic clients by exceeding their expectations. Bryce joined The Meir Group for the first 3.5 years as a Realtor and broutht his unique set of skills to this already exceptional group! Bryce was then joined by his husband and business partner Noe where they continued on with @properties for an additional 5 years and created their own group of "The Hoffman Group and then made the move to Compass in 2023 where he and his team are top producers and in the top 1% of agents in Chicago with a volume of over 45 million last year in 125 transactions, and sell most listings in 30 days or less! As part of the Top Agent Network, he has access to all of the other top agents in Chicago which helps with finding properties that are not even on the market yet, and able to get even more exposure for his listings by marketing to those agents and their clients. In addition to the marketing of Compass, Bryce is always there for his clients, because he knows without them, their confidence, and their referrals, he would not be successful. He returns all phone calls, texts, and emails promptly. As part of Compass, all of his listings have professional photos taken, and all listings are enhanced on 200 websites to give the best exposure of your property. Bryce and his team also accompanies all showings and can therefor make sure your property is seen in the best light possible to potential buyers and provide real time feedback to his sellers. With Bryce's personal touch, he is great with first time home buyers and sellers, as well as seasoned buyers and sellers. He attended MacMurray College, and achieved a double BS in pre law and psychology. He is very passionate about everything to do with animals. He likes to go play with the animals at the Anti Cruelty Society and has a cat and a dog of his own, so he knows how important finding the perfect home for not only his clients but their furry family members also. He also really enjoys volunteering with HRC, which is a great organization that fights for human rights world wide.
