Betsy Green managed her own boutique RE brokerage with a partner for 19 years and sales over 730 properties. There, she recruited and trained new Chicago agents and doubled sales volume four consecutive years. Much of Betsy’s success is attributed to her keen ability to train new agents for success by personally guiding field tours and pointing out nearly everything that encompasses the requirement needed to be conscientious, highly ethical and a great listener who can reach a client's objective on a timely basis and become a very skilled negotiator. One such new broker has even become a premier luxury agent in the heart of New York City. As a real estate investor and advisor, Betsy personally completed over 10 property rehabs as GC and shares her knowledge about quality buildings while consulting with the absolute best home inspectors and real estate attorneys that Chicago has to offer. Betsy doesn’t just list and sell property, she leaves indelible marks of quality and integrity while sharing insights to clients who want and deserve the absolute best Chicago as to offer! One day after being licensed, Betsy began serving the NAR board as mediator of disputes between broker colleagues and members of the public, and also Arbitrator for the Chicago Association of Realtors.
