About Audrey

Audrey Smith has been a resident in various neighborhoods of the city of Chicago for more than 25 years. While recently entering the real estate industry formally as a broker, Ms. Smith has been a real estate owner and investor within the Chicago city limits for more than 20 years. Ms. Smith began her professional career in Chicago, working for more than 7 years with one of the largest international public accounting firms. Ms. Smith eventually transitioned into industry and worked at privately held and publicly traded companies in progressive roles from financial reporting manager to Vice President and Corporate Controller. In addition to possessing the financial acumen and attention to detail needed to complete a real estate transaction smoothly, Ms. Smith brings a wealth of practical experience to clients by way of understanding the real estate experience from a customer perspective that lends itself to effective listening skills, providing relevant data, proactive and timely communication, and distinctive advocacy. Ms. Smith is a certified public accountant, a former college tennis player, a volunteer in the Chicago community, and a resident of the Kenwood neighborhood.
