About Rylee

I have been lucky enough to call Central Illinois home for my entire life. Growing up outside of St. Joseph, I loved everything about small town living. Attending the University of Illinois, I got a taste of all that the huge campus in our community offers with BigTen athletics, incredible international cuisine, and beautiful spaces. Settling with my husband in Champaign, I’ve come to love our community in so many new ways - the coffee shops within walking distance, quiet neighborhoods minutes away from the liveliness of downtown, and the parks around the corner. In the past few years of settling into life in Champaign and discovering the local gems, activities, and community that make it special, I’ve learned this to be true myself, and I am eager to help others love where they live also. Growing up with a mom in real estate, I was able to see the ins and outs of the business and how she has built a career on serving others firsthand. My background in communications, marketing, and event coordination revealed my love for connecting with people to truly know them, putting in work behind the scenes to make things happen, and bringing creative solutions to the table - all skills I now use to properly serve clients. My goal is to truly listen and understand what matters most to my clients so I can serve them with care, clarity, and strong communication. Buying or selling a home can have a lot of emotions tied to it and I look forward to being with my clients through it all, so they can feel knowledgeable and empowered during the entire process. It’s a privilege to be a part of such a monumental thing in others’ lives. Outside of real estate, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and our dog, working out at the local CrossFit gym we own, testing new recipes, and exploring local spots. I’m a believer, wife, dog mom, host at heart, and lover of tacos and coffee.
