About Kerry Beherns: Honesty. Service. Availability. Commitment. Energy. These are just a few of the things you can expect from me as your Coldwell Banker real estate agent. I genuinely care that each person I work with has the best possible experience with the best possible result for their unique situation and have the second to none support and resources of one of the top brokerage firms in the country. You could say real estate is in my blood- I’m a second generation agent and have been surrounded by it my entire life. In fact, it’s sort of an obsession, which is why becoming an agent was the obvious choice as a career progression after a successful career as a business owner. This isn’t just about houses to me, it’s about people and a sense of home. I have lived in all directions of Chicagoland: west, far west, north, and now I call the far southern region home. I have a unique appreciation for many types of community, from the smallest small towns to the biggest of the big suburbs. One of my favorite things to do is explore new places and find great shops, restaurants, parks, neighborhoods, and people. My husband Jason and I have five wonderful adult children between us, as well as the world’s sweetest dog, Winnie the Cavapoo. In my free time, I love to read, spend every chance I get outside- usually doing photography, hiking, anything near water, and cherish time spent with my family.
