About Me Most of my professional experience has been in the real estate field – accounting, residential sales, some commercial deals such as land sales & office leasing. Another professional experience which complemented my real estate experience have been in mortgage servicing of commercial loans, escrow analyses and understanding bank processes. Working hard along with my interests in helping and interacting with people elevated me in management positions with my previous jobs in the corporate world. In between doing residential real estate, I enjoy going to movies, musical theater, listening to music and hanging out with my family and friends. I belong to a network of friends in my area who do a summer picnic and a Christmas mass & holiday party. In the latter event, I was given the privilege of conducting our group choir for the mass. I guess, coming from a musically- inclined family, in addition to some musical training in my younger years helped me with undertaking the task. It is this interest in music that my wish after my life in real estate, is to be able to take up lessons in voice and piano to keep my mind active. Education and Designations B.S. I've attained a designation of Graduate, Realtors Institute & has consistently been a multi-million dollar producer over the years. I'm currently a member of Coldwell Banker's Sterling Society. My prior experiences have been in real estate accounting & mortgage servicing. I have a BS in Foreign Service at the University of the Philippines & took 3 semesters of MBA at De Paul University. I've been a resident of the Northwest Suburb for over 30 years. I pride myself with delivering the highest quality service based on trust and professionalism to all of my clients.
