About Kris

Kris Jobski started her career in real estate in 2018 but always had a passion for helping family and friends sell, buy, and invest in real estate. With a genuine passion, she decided to dive into educating herself and getting licensed to make a career out of something she enjoyed. Helping family and friends find their dream home, investing in real estate, or moving onto the next chapter, has been extremely rewarding and a choice she is thrilled to have made. In 2021, she was awarded both the Director's Club and Epic awards for her growth in the industry. In 2022, Kris entered into a new partnership, signing on with Coldwell Banker Realty in Arlington Heights, IL. Kris and her husband Russ have two grown children, Tori and Justin, who are, as you can imagine, both homeowners along with their spouses. They are expecting their 3rd grandchild this spring. Growing up and raising her family in the Northwest suburbs, she is well versed in the areas surrounding her home community of Palatine, IL. She attended school in Chicago and has become very familiar with several communities where she has helped the newest generation of home buyers with their trendy city living. Her experience and knowledge span from downtown Chicago to Round Lake, Palatine, and Des Plaines, as well as many communities in between. Kris's previous paths in the travel industry, education, and her husband's family business, Don's Heating and Cooling, led to her success as a realtor. Working with the public, she brings a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Her clients are the most important to her, and their happiness is the only goal. When she is not working with her clients, she enjoys time at a shared summer home and on the boat with her family or traveling to warmer climates in the winter.
