Shortly after high school, she answered a different kind of calling—serving five years in the United States Marine Corps. The discipline, resilience, and integrity she developed in uniform now shape the way she conducts business: mission-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to those she serves. Her leadership philosophy is grounded in the Samoan proverb, “O le ala o le pule o le tautua” — the path to leadership is through service. That principle has guided every chapter of her life. As the Founder and Director of Moana United Legacy, Alisha leads a community-driven organization dedicated to supporting Pacific Islanders, veterans, and service members. She believes strong communities are built intentionally—through connection, education, and opportunity. Beyond her professional work, Alisha enjoys hosting events that bring people together—whether for meaningful networking or simply to celebrate life. She is an avid volleyball player, passionate traveler, and lifelong learner who embraces new experiences with confidence, curiosity, and appreciation.
