My journey began in 2008 as a top-producing residential agent during the challenging financial recession. This experience honed my skills in navigating complex markets, understanding client needs, and finding creative solutions to overcome obstacles. I also gained valuable experience in new construction, subdivisions, and commercial real estate, including developing and leasing properties within the BDL portfolio. In 2013, I transitioned to the technology sector, where I spent a decade leading successful Product Marketing teams at companies like Microsoft and Starburst Data. At Microsoft, I led a team that grew our business line from $342 million to over $3 billion in Cloud revenue. This experience instilled in me a data-driven approach, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and the ability to leverage technology to maximize market reach and achieve exceptional results. After Microsoft, I became a shareholding partner at startup, Starburst Data. Starburst Data is a Series D cloud software company with 650 employees. I spent 4 years growing Starburst but have decided to spend more time in Real Estate. While immersed in the tech world, I remained deeply involved in the local real estate market. I've personally acquired 12 rental properties, completed 13 successful house flips, and founded a Property Management company that manages our properties. I've also partnered with top-producing agents in the LC Valley, developing custom marketing plans for their unique listings.
