About Rick

Rick fell in love during his first visit to Sun Valley in the late 70’s, and moved here in 1978. He has worked full time in Real Estate since 1999, and has seen many changes in the market and in the town since then. His wealth of knowledge is invaluable to buyers and sellers. Rick is passionate about all aspects of Real Estate, whether showing properties to people visiting on vacation, or helping a seller with changes that need to be made before listing a property for sale. He sells high-end luxury homes and cozy little ski getaway condos—as long as clients are passionate about Sun Valley, Rick is passionate about working with them. Rick has lived in many places, New York City, Miami, and in the Midwest, he has traveled extensively, and chooses to make Sun Valley his home. The dry climate is perfect for year-round sports, and outdoor activities. Rick is an avid downhill skier, doubles tennis player, and a master swimmer as well.
