About Todd

Upon graduating from the University of San Diego in 1994 with a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communication, I gained valuable customer service experience with United Parcel Service. Later, I was privileged to market training courses for Dale Carnegie Training, one of the premier professional development companies in the world. After 27 years in Southern California, I permanently relocated to North Idaho in 1998. My Father was a real estate broker in the Golden State for 30 years and I am carrying on the family tradition in the Inland Northwest! I'm an Associate / Managing Broker in both Idaho and Washington with over 21 years of experience, and also a Idaho Certified Real Estate instructor. My specialties include new and existing residential neighborhood homes, residential on acreage and vacant land.
