I consider myself blessed to have been born and raised right here in North Idaho!! When I was young, there were no stoplights along highway 95 between Coeur d’Alene and Hayden. For those familiar with the area, imagine that! After graduating from Coeur d’Alene High School, I wanted to pursue my dreams while living right here at home in Kootenai County! With its 18 lakes and virtually instant access to some of the most beautiful country you’ll ever see, I never saw a reason to leave this magical place. My journey with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty is something I excitedly call my “Chapter Two”. I retired from my first career after serving a combined 27 years in Spokane County and North Idaho local law enforcement. I was proud to be a member of the local law enforcement family and strove to provide the highest level of service to the citizens and communities I worked for. One of my greatest strengths while working up through the ranks in law enforcement was my ability to work with people in a fair and compassionate way. I always felt rewarded most when I was able to effect a positive change in someone’s life, no matter how large or small. After an amazing and successful career, I chose to enter real estate as a second career, having renewed passion because it allows me to continue to impact people’s lives in such a positive way. I chose to work for Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty because the company values reflect my values; to serve with honesty, integrity and service to others above all else. I believe in keeping things as simple as possible and doing the right things for the right reasons.
