Hi, my name is Tyrel Derrick. It’s great to meet you virtually, and I look forward to connecting in person soon! As a Northern Idaho native, I love calling this area home. My wife and I enjoy exploring the local food scene, from cozy restaurants to craft breweries—if there’s good food, we’re there. And if you’re a basketball fan, let’s talk—I never turn down a great sports debate. With a degree in Business Administration and a minor in Economics from Wheaton College and Lewis-Clark State College, I bring a strong analytical foundation to my real estate practice. Whether I’m conducting a Comparative and Historical Market Analysis or breaking down complex market data, my goal is to ensure you feel confident and informed throughout your transaction. I’ve been in real estate for f ive years, earning the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation and recognition as the Real Estate Rookie of the Year Salesperson at Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller. I’m also a proud member of the Coldwell Banker International Diamond Society , which honors the top 10% of agents globally. In addition to real estate, my background includes serving as the varsity head girls’ basketball coach at Lakeland High School for two years and working as a marketer for Intel Corporation.
