I was born and raised in Saskatchewan, Canada. I left Canada to pursue a degree in Southern California. I met my future husband my first night in Long Beach, California. The rest is history, so to speak! We lived in Southern California and then had a 4 year temporary transfer to New Jersey. We relocated back to California where we remained for a number of years. In 2005 we relocated once again. This time we planted ourselves in the Tampa, Florida area. It was during this time I became a licensed Realtor and fell in love with the process of helping both Buyers and Sellers achieve their real estate dreams. In 2014 our family made the final move to North Idaho, to be closer to family and enjoy all the beauty of this spectacular area of our country. I have been involved in 16 real estate transactions PERSONALLY , both buying and selling property of our own. I have been involved in interstate relocation a number of times, with family and pets in tow. I understand the complexities of purchasing a home as well as the stress involved in selling a home. It is my goal to help my clients have the best possible experience during a transaction during what is quite possibly the single largest investment of their lifetime. I am a full-time, full-service Realtor helping both Buyers and Sellers in the greater Coeur d'Alene area. In addition to assisting Buyers purchase resale properties, I also have extensive experience in the new construction process. Sellers enjoy working with me because I am able to help them position their home to SELL. From assisting them to properly price their home, professionally market their property, attracting and qualifying the right Buyer, to navigating the contract to close period, I am with them every step of the way. Whether Buyers are first-time home buyers or experienced in the process, they enjoy working with me because I listen to them. I am able to help them find the right home for their needs and guide them through the entire process.
