During my nearly 10 year career in real estate, I have been involved in well over 500 transactions including resale, luxury and new construction purchases. My love of real estate and my personal transactions led me to begin my real estate career in Juneau, Alaska. I took my own experiences of buying and selling and used them to provide excellent customer service as well as a compassionate attitude for my clients. I began my real estate career here in Coeur d' Alene over 8 years ago. I have an extensive background in both new construction and resale transactions. I know what it takes to bring buyers and sellers together and that it is truly a team effort that includes not only buyers and sellers and their agents, but also lenders, inspectors, and title companies.
