I’m Justin Keogh, a North Idaho Realtor with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, and I’ve been helping buyers and sellers navigate the North Idaho real estate market since 2004. With more than 22 years of consultative sales experience and hundreds of homes bought and sold, I bring experience, local market knowledge and a relationship-first approach to every transaction. I’m proud to call Coeur d’Alene home, where my wife and I are raising our three boys, all of whom attend school here in the community. When I’m not helping clients buy or sell real estate, you’ll usually find our family at a youth or varsity sporting event, spending time at the lake, or watching football together on Sundays.
