About Jen

Jen Alexander is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Schneidmiller Realty, proudly serving clients throughout North Idaho. Since joining the brokerage, Jen has been committed to making the buying and selling process as smooth and stress-free as possible while delivering professional guidance every step of the way. A graduate of Post Falls High School, Jen went on to earn her degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of Montana. Before beginning her career in real estate, she worked as a Newspaper Sales Manager, where she developed valuable skills in marketing, negotiation, customer service, and training—expertise that now directly benefits her clients. Alongside her husband, Jen is an entrepreneur at heart. Together they own Standout Promotion in Hayden, Idaho, offering embroidery, screen printing, signage, vehicle wraps, print products, and more. They also operate a gas station/RV park in Mullan and run a property management company for VRBO rentals. These experiences have given Jen a strong understanding of both business ownership and the ups and downs of entrepreneurship. Outside of real estate, Jen enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, and taking in all the natural beauty the Northwest has to offer. She loves being involved in her children’s sports and spending time with Family and Friends Jen’s goal is simple: to help each client find the perfect place to call home while making the process as seamless as possible.
