About Jeff

Having been an investment banker for more than 30+ years, I am now using my deal making experience to help clients find and invest in unique residential and commercial properties throughout the Inland Northwest. I grew up on the shores of Lake Coeur d’Alene, attended Vassar College, worked on the floor of the stock exchange, managed investments for a large family office, and have successfully negotiated and closed hundreds of complex transactions throughout my career. I have deep multi-generational ties to the area. My great-grandfather purchased the Atlas Tie and Lumber Company in 1918 and my grandfather was the Commissioner General of Expo ’74 (the Spokane World’s Fair). Real estate investing and renovation are my personal passions. Understanding and exceeding client expectations are my professional superpowers.
